Refund policy

If you are reading this, perhaps you have ordered or are about to order one of our products. First and foremost, we would like to thank you for believing in our business. We are committed to our customers and promise to offer the best products with the best possible service.

We want complete satisfaction for you every time you shop with us. In the event that, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the product or changed your mind and want to return the product to us, just let us know at support@mr-zee.com.

We realize sometimes life just doesn't go as planned. That's why we offer a no-questions-asked, 14-day return policy. Whatever the reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days for a complete refund or exchange. If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied, and we'll do whatever we can to correct it.

Once you have notified us that you wish to return a product, please return that product to us in its original condition within 30 days. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase-in other words, your order number-and we will then confirm the returns postal address.

When your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment, such as a credit or debit card, or PayPal, within 5-10 days or a replacement product sent out.
